Just over five decades old, the red-and-white striped Harbour Town Lighthouse & Museum serves not only as a beacon to the many ships that reside in our yacht basin, but also as a landmark that has come to symbolize Hilton Head Island to people all over the world. More than 150,000 people climb the 114 steps to the top of the lighthouse ever year, where breathless views of Calibogue Sound await.

The Shops at Sea Pines Center
Midway between the Sea Pines Beach Club and the Harbour Town Lighthouse, The Shops at Sea Pines Center are on “the 50-yard line” of the Sea Pines plan. Since 2006, The Club Group has served Hilton Head Island icons here, including Truffles Café, Forsythe Jewelers, and Lowcountry Produce.

Formerly a Marriott property, Swallowtail at Sea Pines management fees went down and stayed down when The Club Group got the assignment in 2003. Standards of maintenance and owner services have risen ever since.

Spicebush at Sea Pines also recorded improved service and immediate and lasting reductions in management fees when The Club Group took over from Marriott in 2003.
